The Canadian Quantum Intelligence Landscape may include observed third-party data, modelled estimates, indices, benchmark positions, rankings, readiness measures, sector scenarios and other analytical outputs. Unless expressly identified as an observed third-party statistic, outputs are Canadian Quantum™ analytical model outputs.
No professional advice or high-stakes reliance
The Canadian Quantum Intelligence Landscape is provided for research and informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, investment, procurement, cybersecurity, clinical or other professional advice and should not be used as the sole basis for regulated or high-impact decisions.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that website content, estimates, benchmarks, rankings, source mappings or analytical outputs are error-free, complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Third-party datasets
Third-party and government data sources retain their respective rights and are independently attributed. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, approval, certification, affiliation or official status.
Methodology and revisions
Analytical assumptions, source mappings, classifications, model architecture and display methods may change as new evidence becomes available. Historical estimates may therefore be revised or restated. Material corrections are addressed under the Data Corrections Policy.
Intellectual property and reuse
Rights in third-party source information remain with the relevant source provider. Rights in original analytical organization, modelling, presentation, software and other value-added components remain with their applicable owner. Reuse of third-party information remains subject to its source licence. Nothing on the interface grants rights to government marks, logos or insignia.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher and analytical provider are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on modelled estimates, source limitations, methodology changes, service interruptions or decisions made using the Intelligence Landscape. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
